Group Classes

Muay Thai

If you are looking for a Muay Thai class that is not just a cardio workout but more importantly, teaches you real techniques, fight skills, tactics with partner drills, then this is the class for you.

We train in a small group of 2-12 people, where you get both the benefit of a group environment and individual attention to correct your techniques. The class is composed of warm-up, technique drills, tactic drills, and conditioning.

Working simultaneously on muscles, ligaments, bones, connective tissues and breathing, Yoga helps you relieve the stress and tightness from prolonged sitting, bringing a sense of deep massage and relaxation to your mind and body for recovery and rejuvenation.
