Terminology

• By registering for the event, either by yourself, or by someone else on your behalf,​ ​​you stipulate and agree that you are physically and mentally sound and currently have no physical conditions that would be aggravated by your involvement in this training event. ​​​​​​​​​
  
• You understand and are aware that physical-fitness activities, including the use of equipment and facilities, are potentially hazardous. You agree that you take part in this event at your own risk. You waive and release any and all claims against the instructors and the organizing company and its directors and employees from any claims or losses, including but not limited to claims for negligence for any injuries or expenses that you may incur during the event or while traveling to and from the event venue. EVERFIT training events cannot accept responsibility for death or personal injury to a participant, however serious and however caused, except where such death or personal injury is caused by EVERFIT event’s own gross negligence. You are encouraged to make sure that you have your own personal and public liability insurance in place before taking part in the event. If you are registering for someone other than yourself, it is your responsibility to inform all members of your group and their parents or guardians if they are minors.
  
• You agree to follow the event instructor’s guidelines and instructions during the event. You agree that if you bring along children, they must be accompanied at the event by a parent/guardian at all times. It is your responsibility as a parent to ensure the behaviour of your child or children registered for the event is acceptable at all times at the event.
  
• You agree that you are responsible for your own safety (and the safety of minor(s) under your control) and the safe-keeping of your personal property/possessions at all times. EVERFIT cannot accept responsibility for any loss of personal property/possessions.
  
• You agree that photographs and videographs may be taken and used for promotional purposes by EVERFIT.
  
• You understand and accept that cancellation of the event may happen due to unforseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, bad weathers, haze, etc.

The “term fitness programs” are fixed-period fitness programs with a specific focus area. In addition to adhering to the same overarching terms and conditions above (Terms and Conditions for Participating in EVERFIT Programs, Events and Activities), you agree that:

• By participating in the program, you will complete the program in the timeframe set and agreed upon with your instructor at the beginning of the program. No extension or makeup sessions will be granted if you miss any days or sessions within the program timeframe.

The following terms and conditions apply to all EVERFIT coupons, promotions, vouchers, and discount codes unless otherwise specified.

• All coupons for EVERFIT are single-use coupons valid for a single product or service, unless otherwise specified.
• Redeemable only before the stated expiry date.
• Valid for a single transaction only, unless otherwise specified. Not applicable for installment payment.
• Not valid with any other discounts or offers.
• No credit or refund will be given on unused or returned product or service.
• The terms and conditions may be amended at any time at the discretion of EVERFIT.

The personal information you provide to EVERFIT is protected under the ​​​​Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. EVERFIT will only use the information you have provided for its own services and marketing purposes. EVERFIT will not share your personal information with any third party without your written consent.
